Who we are
Telning Publishing House is a brand of WelloWork AB, a company in Sweden (559472-9997). Our address: Dekangatan 4, Uppsala, Sweden.
If you have a question about your data, write to info@telning.com.
What this notice covers
This notice covers the website telning.com, the email list, and emails you send us. The story-card form ("Send Pim your ending") has its own notice, written for parents: the children's privacy notice.
The website
We use no cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising and no tracking pixels. We do not build profiles of visitors.
Our host, Vercel, delivers the pages. To do that it processes your IP address and may keep short-lived technical logs for security. We do not use those logs to identify you. See Vercel's own privacy notice for details.
The email list
When you sign up for "Letters from Pim", the TADA guide or the teacher pack, we keep your email address and which list you chose.
We use this only to send you what you asked for: a note when a new book is out, the guide, or the pack. The legal basis is your consent. Every email has a way to unsubscribe; after that we send you nothing more, and you can ask us to delete your address completely.
Resend keeps the list and sends the emails for us. It processes your address on our behalf.
Emails you send us
When you write to us at our contact address, we use your email address and your message only to reply. We never add you to the email list because you wrote to us.
We keep the conversation as long as it is open, then delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at info@telning.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
Children
This website is for grown-ups. We do not knowingly collect data from children. The story-card form asks a parent for a child's first name, age and drawing, with the parent's consent, and never for a photo of a child. How we handle that is in the children's privacy notice.
Changes
When we change this notice, we change the date at the top of this page.
